We are a small, dedicated team with a hub in Leipzig, and we work remote-first. When you join us, you work directly on the core mission — with short paths to the management and genuine creative freedom.

Both roles are carried out in German and require German at a professional level.

By email to jobs@growfile.de — no form, no applicant portal, no account. We need your CV and a few sentences on why the role interests you. Anything we would like to hear beyond that is in the individual posting. We read applications on a rolling basis and get back to suitable candidates promptly.
